The main purpose of the field study was to investigate the reasons why Roma children who emigrated from Slovakia are more successful in the English education system. Study results showed a number of barriers which children of the ethnic group have faced in their homeland. The author in this paper refers to the most neuralgic points of educational systems in terms of justice.
