A necessary part of the hotel, to be successful, are satisfied and loyal employees. The role of management is to lead employees to the success of the gradual achievement of the objectives of the hotel. Achieve the objective of the hotel is not possible without a systematic process of motivation. To increase satisfaction, work performance and employee loyalty are used motivation programs. These programs focus on individuals, working groups or the whole hotel. They must be adapted to both objective and hotel options, as well as corporate culture, employee needs and motivators that influence their behavior and job satisfaction.
