These are the factors that currently, at the beginning of the 21st century, play an important role when determining statuses of international political players. New processes, which are developing among all levels of the global society, are gradually transforming characters as well as the possibilities of individual states. People´s Republic of China represents one of the most visible examples on changes in status and potential of the state.
