While there is no doubt, that these documents were initiated and adopted on behalf of Western states, their core idea was to codify the principles of human existence related to human dignity, integrity and the legal protection of individual’ s rights. What will be argued in this paper is, the International Bill of Rights does not incorporate merely the western concepts and view. Although the trigger of the debates about this subject and the initial steps were made on side of western representatives, the mere concept, views and the idea incorporated in the International Bill of Rights derive from all the national traditions.
