The theoretical model of the assumptions of a creative manager which consists of 9 areas is proposed. The research wasw conducted in four companies where 17 managers and 65 employees were addressed. The greatest distance according to managers is in areas of job design and expertise, while according to the employees, they are interpersonal competences as well as management competencies and creative potential.
