    AnnotationThe knowledge of learning styles contributes to create conditions for the student’s acquisition of a key competence learning to learn. The teacher or school psychologist’s identification of preferred learning styles enables to discover effective or non-effective behavioral models of a learner in the educational process. It helps a teacher to consider the degree of understanding between his/her teaching style and students´ learning styles, the study materials as well some other methodological matters. It can also help to improve the learning process, learning motivation as well to prevent learners´ learning problems. That is why in our contribution, we think over if our students master the competence of learning and if they do truly understand their effective way/ways of learning. Those are the necessary conditions leading to life-long and life-wide interest in the learning process
