Unfortunately the number of obese children is growing up too. Information from WHO is that 80% obese children stay obese in adult age with all health risks. The key reason is life style, stress, also deficit of movement activity and quality of foods. Regarding to growing up of obesity in whole world, in 1997 the World Health Organization has defined the obesity as an epidemic. The research has been carried out on the psychosomatic and psychosocial effects of yoga.
