    AnnotationThe Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is not only management complement but is an important component of character and culture of company management. The aim of the Corporate Social Responsibility is to create the conditions of sustainable development in economic, financial, social and environmental area and to take the responsibility for it. Modern history of CSR started to write in the fiftieth years of the last century, when the ideas of responsible business were fully integrated to professional literature for managers.In the article we deal with the development of CSR definitions during the last half-century, its individual concepts (Corporate Social Responsiveness, Corporate Social Performance, Social Responsibility Investment, etc.) and current definitions that we can find in the individual documents of the European Union.

    AnnotationCorporate social responsibility of companies is an essential part of effectively running and affluent society. The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is not only management complement but is an important component of character and culture of company management. The aim of the Corporate Social Responsibility is to create the conditions of sustainable development in economic, financial, social and environmental area and to take the responsibility for it. The thesis deals with the corporate social responsibility concept and its implementation into the specific company. The company realizes some activities accordance with principles corporate social responsibility, but has not a strategy CSR. The aim of the article is basically on the analysis of current state of CSR implementation in the selected company, the objective of the thesis is to suggest process of CSR implementation into the company practice.
