The reasons for discrimination are the specific features of a personality that haven´t got the exact legal definition yet. The reasons for discrimination are in relation to the principle of equal treatment. This principle doesn´t mean the equal treatment with persons in same situations only, but exercising of that basic human right expresses meanwhile the demand for public authorities to treat with the authorized bearers of human rights in different situations variously. The aim of this article is the explanation of deep analysis of chosen reasons for discrimination in the system of labour law and also the brief explanation of the prohibition of discrimination in employment relationships.
