    		$a Most domestic science and research organisations have at least partially implemented some elements of science and research ethics in their activities in recent years. However, this fact cannot be considered as an indicator of increasing ethical awareness or sensitivity on the part of these organisations, because to a large extent the implementation of ethical tools in their operation is rather "forced" by foreign partners or it is a proclamatory implementation that does not fundamentally change the operation of the organisation. In our paper we will focus on the reflection of the importance of effective implementation in the operation of a scientific research organization in two steps: first, we will emphasize the fact that without ethical parameterization, scientific research becomes a threat rather than an opportunity, which in turn implies that the ethical setting of the scientific research environment is a crucial element in building the reputation of a scientific research organization.
