Online catalogue (IPAC) help.

It is possible to send a request for more documents – form page Basket, or individualy by using icon Borrow on page Search results or on page Record detail.

How to send a request for all documents in the basket?

Borrow function will display a dialog window to enter data that are needed for documents request.
If you choose the possibility to create a document reservation, the system will prepare a reservation in case that the document is not available for a loan.

If the library allows in-house uses, you will have the possibility to choose a type of loan you prefer.

This type of loan allows you to take documents home.

In-house use

You can study documents only in the library.

One document request

Borrow function evaluates availability af each holding of choosen document. The request will be created according to the result of evaluation, if there is no holding available for loan, you will be offered a possibility of reservation or you will get the information that no holding is available for loan or reservation.

You will get a message about the creation of a loan request or reservation.
If it is not possible to create the transaction (you have exceeded a maximum number of loans or an overdue notice has been issued you etc.) you will get the information about this.
